Hey there, I'm Ben Johnson!
I’m a passionate creative with over six years of experience in graphic design and photography, currently working with Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC. Throughout my journey, I’ve embraced the “fail forward” mindset—learning that growth often comes from setbacks. Running my screen printing business, Relentless Pursuit, from 2020 to 2022 taught me invaluable lessons about turning digital designs into physical products and deepened my passion for merchandise design.
Before joining Louisville City FC, I had the opportunity to photograph, film, and design social media content for the Eastern High School golf team. That season of content helped generate exposure for players and led to direct interest from collegiate coaches—an experience that showed me how creative work can drive real impact.
At Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC, I’ve found the perfect intersection of my two passions: sports and design. This role has reinforced the idea that doing what you love never feels like work.
